PC Application Developer required for company selling white labelled software.

You will be responsible for building a lightweight application that is automatically deployed to a client's XP/Vista/Windows7 PC when they install one of our products.

Ideal candidates will have experience of:

Customer Support/Service & Sales for Norwegian, Swedish and Finnish clients.

The Country Sales Manager positions

The right candidate

It is time to open offices in more countries as our software recently has been localized into many languages. To promote our products and run the sales in the particular country, we are looking for professional Country Sales Managers. Intensive background in the consumer software and mass-market space……..online, offline, retail and OEM is needed. The right candidate can show a proven track record and are maybe currently in a similar position or Sales Director, Sales Manager role with one of the main players in the industry. The right candidate from the consumer online industry will be considered too. The organization, the market, the brand, positioning as well as relationships with partners, customers and media(relevant offline and online magazines) has to be established and built from scratch, so proven success and right contacts will be key and very important.

The Marketing Director, the Online Sales Manager and the SEO / SEM Manager positions

These 3 positions will be the backbone of a new team within MYSecurityCenter which will be working out of our head office in Marbella, Spain. With the launch of our brand new state of the art website, especially designed for online sales, high conversions, ease of use e.g. It is the right timing for MYSecurityCenter to start building this team now. It is the goal that this division will be much bigger and will grow with the increasing online sales. It will be a team working together and some of the responsibilities will be, analysis of MYSecurityCenter´s online customer acquisition efforts and customer conversion on the company’s eCommerce web site, detailed analysis of marketing metrics, quantitative evaluations of planned and completed online marketing campaigns.

Other responsibilities within the team and positions

  • Analyze marketing metrics such as CTR, conversion, yield, etc.
  • Analyze web site data such as visitor counts, funnel reports and click stream data.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for the various ecommerce analytical needs, including A/B tests and multivariate tests.
  • Create graphs and charts illustrating and communicating analytical findings and conduct executive presentations.
  • Partner with the IT team to help develop accurate and meaningful analytical/reporting tools.


The right candidates

The ideal candidates have been working in similar positions before, highly self driven, want to win, have extensive experience and knowledge within all aspects of internet sales and marketing, as well a very good track record and a large contact network so the team can be kick started immediately. Ability to combine strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and operational adroitness is needed. As with most eCommerce roles, the candidates will also need to understand web technology, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where the ability to focus on what matters most amidst a steady stream of competing priorities is crucial.

Qualifications which will weigh high

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Statistics
  • Experience in quantitative analysis, financial analysis
  • Previous experience working in eCommerce required
  • Extensive experience with web site analytics tools such as WebTrends, Business Objects XI, Google Analytics e.g. is required
  • Experience with SQL and databases preferred
  • Experience creating surveys and analyzing survey results required
  • Extensive knowledge in Social Media communications, promotions and awareness building within public forums, blogs, FREE download sites etc, as well as knowledge with viral marketing will be key and needed within the team.

The ability to guide, teach and train the local Country managers and their teams is vital.

The brand, the products, the positioning as well as relationships with all types of media (relevant offline and online magazines) has to be established and built from scratch, so proven success and right contacts will be key and very important.

You will receive a competitive salary, very impressive bonus package, no cap, solely based on your ability to make MSC and our products and service displayed, written about, placed on cover-mount CD´s as well as your ability to create long lasting relationships with key media within the countries we operate within will weigh heavy. We would prefer that the jobs foundation is our head office in Marbella, Spain.
